-- Governor Jeb Bush today filed a lawsuit in the Leon County Circuit Court challenging the constitutionality of several provisions in this year's General Appropriations Act. According to the lawsuit, each challenged provision violates the Florida Constitution by either amending existing law or imposing conditions unrelated to
