to a $28 billion bill financing the Treasury Department and other agencies and allowing
pay raises for members of Congress, the next president and federal workers.
On this vote, a ``yes'' vote was a vote to approve the measure and a ``no'' vote
was a vote to reject it.
Voting ``yes'' were 27 Democrats, 27 Republicans and 0 independents.
Voting ``no'' were 13 Democrats, 24 Republicans and 1 independent.
