I note in Mr. Burkett's campaign ads that he presents himself as vice president of marketing for PBS&J. Could that be Post, Buckley, Shue and Jernigan, the traffic engineering firm that won the Fort Walton Beach contract to provide justification for the atrocious Around the Mound bypass of Highway 98 traffic?
