I cannot use the internet during the day and it comes on about 8 or 9pm. Again this morning (Monday) it will not work. The Cox customer service number is a joke... I just got a recording saying they have a 40 minute wait time. I think, at minimum, the customer should get a credit for this lousy service. The ONLY way we are going to get good service is to make it cost them money if they fail to deliver.
